Hello vegetarians, pulses to the rescue !!!

Proteins are an important part of a balanced diet for body-building and repair. Along with that we know that protein plays a vital role in our body. Let’s impart healthy food stuffs, which are rich in proteins. For vegetarian people to get protein sources in bulk, they have to include pulses.



Protein is available in a variety of dietary sources. These include foods of animal and plant origins as well as the highly marketed sport supplement industry.

  • Animal proteins are an important source of protein, however potential health concerns do exist from a diet of protein consumed from primarily animal sources.

  • With a proper combination of sources, vegetable proteins may provide similar benefits as protein from animal sources.
